1. Team principal, in charge of the whole business side of running the team.

2. Finance directors, dealing with budgets and costing.

3. Chief engineer, person in overall charge of the development of the rally program and the junior engineers who design and develop components for the cars. A world championship team would have something in the region of 6 senior engineers and around 25 junior engineer's and 10 head of department engineers.

4. The team is split into different departments all dealing with the development of parts for certain areas of the rally car.
